...so we've created the Leadership Ladder to help track your cumulative impact. To encourage regular giving, we are recognizing donors for their total lifetime contributions. At every level, you receive recognition for your donations, as well as the joy that comes from knowing you made a difference in someone's life. As you give more, you receive more benefits. The upgrades typically kick in the beginning of the month following your latest contribution.
