Charging forward into his third year in the role of Board Chair is certified executive and business coach, Doug Winnie. Also continuing as board members for year number three are Global C-Suite Officers, Rosalie Borguilla and Tony Servidio, respectively the Chief Legal and Chief Financial Officers of ActionCOACH.
Past Committee Chairs--Brad Clark, Mark McNulty and Arthur Rosaria--were officially elected as board members the end of December 2020, as was Brad Sugars, the Founder of the Foundation. Three more important additions to the board this year were Carmen Gigar, the Chief Marketing Officer of ActionCOACH Global, Josh Bardsley, a 26-year old entrepreneur whose father is an ActionCOACH, and Lisa Raggio, an ActionCOACH from Santa Clarita, California. Bardsley is the ambassador and face of the YESS Club, the online community for graduates of the YESS Business Basics program. Raggio will be the ambassador and face of 'Coaching for a Cause' and its Champions.
Board members are instrumental in guiding the future direction of the Foundation. Leaders in a start-up foundation like ours must wear multiple hats. They are responsible for the establishment of the overall structure and culture of the organization. And, in addition to their executive positions, each board member chairs an important task force as listed below:
